Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India

The children of my deceased grandmother got all her properties under succession. One flat out of all properties in which she resided with my father was to be named after my father as per her will, which she said verbally. I want to make a notary of the said property until the legal registration is done. Kindly provide me with the procedure to do the same. My uncle is a lawyer but he says he's not able to prepare the notary. Kindly help with the details and also if I can prepare then how should I do it. Thanks.

Dear Sir / Madam,

Verbal statements are meaningless. If your grandfather is aged and alive, get the property transferred in your grandfather's name since it vests in his name on the demise of your grandmother. Simultaneously, simply get a registered Gift Deed of the house property from your grandfather to your father.
