Legal Question in Intellectual Property in India
Me and my elder brother have inherited an HUF property in new delhi. now we want to dissolve the HUF .. Pls advice the process and what all documents we require.

Dear Sir / Madam,
All the existing members of the HUF should earmark the property and divide it amongst individual members in the agreed sharing ratio.
