i did not understand clearly

my brother in law was working since 1991 but grant by the assam govt as govt employee during 2005-06.exact date i have not remember his scale or salary started from that time

after grant and upto death on 2009 his working period 3 years.

i donot know which period will be taken, from joing period or after granting period to death.

and i also want to know, for a death case of a govt servant,how many days/months/year need for pension to provide to his wife

Dear Sir,

The date of your brother-in law joining the Government Department job in Assam is considered for the purpose of pension fixation for your sister. The pension starts from the date of submission of his Death Certificate to his immediate supervisor in the Government Department.
