assalam o alaikum,sir agar kisi govt employe par us ki job kay probationary period kay doraan koi jhoota shakhs jhooti fir katwata hay.magar baad main sulah naama ho jaata hay.or case khatam ho jata hay .case court main chalta hi nahi to is say us beqasoor govt employee ki job to effect nahi hoti .or probation kay doraan job main kin baaton ki ihtiat zaroori hay

beqasoor employee ki job ko koi effect nahi hota. Albatta agar court se saza mile tu phir effect hota hay. Apne department k Rules and Regulations k mutabiq tamam kam kar sakta hay aur Rules k Khilaf nahi.
