Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

My colleagues had filed ICA in Islamabad High Court but failed to get benefit, now they are going to file appeal in Supreme Court. My question is that: Can I join them now in the appeal which they will file in Supreme Court? in ICA I was not part of them but the plea is same.
