Dear sir,

I am Rajesh previously i am working in bank as an officer.now i am held in cheating case and dismissed. I get regular bail from court.now case is pending at court my question is now I want to apply job for another bank.please inform me is it legaly correct.if it is right can i provide that case details to this bank.please inform me sir.

if you apply for a job and the form has such a coulmn then do provide them with the information or even at interview stage you may discuss it with them. Better to be honest than sorry when they take action against you for supressing facts.
