Dear Sir/Madam,
I am KARANTHAMALAI RAMAR I has been joined to the TAMILNADU ELECTRICITY BOARD on 05.04.2013.I have joined through compassionate ground appointment scheme and I had appointed HELPER TRAINEE position.This is a Group 'D' grade posting but my Education qualifications is DIPLOMA IN CIVIL ENGINEERING I think this technical course is eligible for the post of Group 'C' grade that is the reasons I had asked to the TNEB management they said to me you had been passed 2 nd class that is the reason we had awarded such a Group 'D' position but I had obtained 61%marks in DIPLOMA IN CIVIL ENGINEERING and I got 9 years experience in my Civil Engineering field so please tell me may I approach the law helps regarding my appointment please give me a conclusion for my request sir

Dear Sir,
You should very sweetly and diplomatically convince your superiors to place you in the Group 'C" category by producing your marks sheet along with a polite letter from you stating that you passed the examinations securing a first class.
