may i take leave during my notice period ? and adjust the leave with my salary?

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the terms and conditions of your appointment permit you to adjust earned CL (casual leave), SL (sick leave) or PL (privilege leave) from your salary, you are certainly entitled to adjust all those leaves against your notice period, and only serve the remaining unadjusted notice period in the Company.
