Legal Question in Employment Law in India

i left job with proper resignation mail. the orgainzation notice period as per my appointment letter is 1 month but ceo send mail few months back that notice period is for 3 months. on sending resignation mail to our ceo ceo replied to serve 3 months notice period but, i didnot served notice period at all.i left 17 days salary, my earned leaves and l.t.a. of 6 months. please guide whether company will give me relieving letter and all my baLANCE DUE WITH THE COMPANY, IF COMPANY REFUSE TO CLEAR MY DUES AND GIVE ME RELEIVING LETTER. pLEASE GUIDE HOW SHOULD I GET MY BALANCE MONEY BACK FROM THE COMPANY AND WHETHER COMPANY CAN HOLD MY P.F DUE TILL DATE.
