Legal Question in Employment Law in Pakistan

My previous employer deducted half of my salary unlawfully for about one year and then asked me to resign. I am the sole bread earner of my family of two kids and parents. Being female worker they kept on exploiting me for one and half year. I am jobless for last one and half year as the previous employer gives bad impression to any potential employer about my work and trying hard that I don't get job anywhere. I have audio recording of her call where she clearly states bad impression to people. I want to file defamation law suit and claim heavy compensation of being jobless for last 18 months. Please advise. My case of delayed and deducted wages is already in labour court.

If defamatory material if any kind has been conveyed to anyone then you can file a suit for defamation against your employer.
