RES SIR, I AM AMIT RECENTLY GIVEN MY RESIGNATION BEACUSE I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE ON 15 TH MAY 2013. THEY ACCEPTED IT . They are asking me to produce the NOC from the distributor . which i cant as the distributor is not ready to give me as he is also taught by them only. they are neither releasing my salary nor expenses . i have a family. they sent me notice via mail on 4 th mentioning that put the paper down on 15 th may. help me what to do. my job was confirmed , i have th appointment letter and confirmation letter . help me ..regards

Dear Amit,
There is nothing much you can do if the employer is not interesting in you working for the Company. You have to get all your salary dues paid by the Company and immediately look out for another job. If the Company does not settle your final dues, you should file a complain with the Labour Commissioner.
