Legal Question in Employment Law in India
i have resinged from my current org and serving the notice of 30 days however as per our co. policy it's 60 days but i have 30 leaves which will be encashed in my fnf. My employer is not releasing me as they want me to serve the notice of 45 days. I have clearly told them that i cannot serve more than 30 days. Please confirm if there is any law pertains to this.
