dear sir/mam

i belong to sitapur district in uttar pradesh. there i have a 4 beghaa baag of mangoes trees.

i would like to know some acts/sections/ related under land and tennecy act, where i can make aware to viilege people, that what can do or don't. e.g. interruption of local police cutting live or dead tree on there agricultural or baagh land.

1- what is baag definition?

2- under which rule it is necessary to take permission from where to cut the dead or live trees. inside the particulars farmers.

3- as i m, in my baagh there is the tree of sheesham is dead, i would like to cut it and use for furniture. so what should i do in such like case. if any villager goes against me, call local police so what i should do. from where i can take permission.

2-should be documentary proof shown.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You do not need any permission from any authority to cut off dead trees and dried branches and to trim trees inside your garden (baag) or bageecha.
