Dear Madam,

Presuming the rent payable by you for the home is Dhs 1,000/- per month. If two cheques have bounced, the home owner will recover Dhs. 2,000/- from your deposit in lieu of those cheques. If four have bounced, then Dhs. 4,000/- will be recovered from your deposit, A further Dhs. 1,000/- will be recovered from the deposit for the month of March, 2014 irrespective of whether you occupy the house or not. You need to take a call whether for the sake of virtually nothing due and payable to you, or remaining maximum Dhs 1,000/- due to you from which amount all the pending water and electricity bills will be adjusted and recovered, whether you need to leave your home country and return back to Dubai, UAE. Just forget about it since it is just not worth returning back.

Regards,
