Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
I rented a property where I've established a restaurant. It's almost been a year and now the landlord is telling me that he has sold the property and we should vacate the premises. He's aware of the fact that we have spent a lot in establishing the place and creating the good will. What legal action can one take to avoid eviction and keep the business running.
Best regards
