Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

sir ,i have a property in bhadohi district. this property has a single khasara number, and three owner (grandfther and his two brhother). but this property is not divided till date, after death of grand fathers it is still same but we are using this property as per our requirements.now the problemis that grand father has two son and my father is no more,and no legeal property divided in between my father or me.now my uncle sale some parts of that property by assigning boundry to buyer without asking me.he sale that property just before 7 days,,

pls suggest me now what i can do now,i want first this property divided in between my uncle and me then he sale to anybody,because in registry which area they sale to buyer it will create problem for me in future.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should first divide and partition the property amongst the legal heirs and thereafter the respective owner can sell his portion of the allocated property.
