Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Sir,i am a purchase executive in a company,in my responsiblity i had transfer a advance amount for raw material purchase in a company in mumbai,but they didnt given the full materials,till now apart of money is in there hand ,its bieng several months passed,they give several promises for transfering the balance amount,but they didnt fullfilled,what should i do legally?

Dear Sir / Madam,

First, since several months have passed, call for Statement of A/cs from the Company and do a reconciliation. A visit by you in person to the Company in Mumbai is thereafter warranted to ascertain the actual facts.
