Legal Question in Legal Ethics in India

Sir/madam,

I have been excessive billed by idea network for my idea netsetter.i have writeen a emailexplaining them the usage and I paid as per my calculation. Now they sent me a legal notice to pay amount with 14% intrest thoughh an advocate. Now how to deal with the issue. Pls guide

Dear Sir / Madam,

You should pay the final bill as per your calculation and immediately discontinue usage of the internet from the service provider. You should also file a case for excessive billing in the consumer forum.
