Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i have buy a property in my name, so while making the cheque payment, is it mandatory to make payment from my account only or i can make payment through third party cheque's...?

Payment in settlement of the purchase consideration of the property is recommended by crossed cheques through your bank account only. in order to avoid any complications in future.
