can i challenge conveence of land for rs 8 lakes in 2008/9 using notary power of attorney [also doubtful] of long distance 8 cosines . if yes please give me law section because they are blocking my entrance sudha

Dear Sudha,
Never ever purchase or sell property based on a general Power of Attorney as there are invariably disputes to the title. Always deal directly with the owner while purchasing or selling property. Since the general POA is doubtful, you can challenge it in the Court.
