Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one floor with local buyer in faridabad. Whole Building consist three floor only. All three floors has been sold and purchased by different parties with valid registration documents and approved Home Loan.

My concern is that till date Builder has not provided original documents of land to any parties. We are worry that, may be he will miss use with original land documents.

kindly advise us on the issue.

Dear Rajeev,

Since the bank has sanctioned the home loan, the bank's Solicitor & Legal Attorney ought to have verified the authenticity and title of the land documents with the Builder. It is unlikely that the Builder will misuse the original land documents. Still, you may request the Builder to provide you with copies of the land documents to be doubly safe and sure for your record.
