Dear Sir,
We have a property and the address reflected/mentioned on the chain of papers in the year 1970 and 1974 are same except the Khasra Number. The property is in our possession. We know that this is a typographical mistake done by the typist. Please let us know what way this could be sorted out. Is there any legal procedure.

1) File declaratory suit to rectify the error if the seller is not available. Otherwise, go for rectification deed.
