Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have search one Bank property to purchase . Bank had done auction with symbolic possession but bank can't found any customer at that time .

Now i want to purchase that property at ahmedabad after auction is over . Bank told me you and party will seat together and bank will in our witness. Is this legal way on bank property . Property was morgage by owner. What i have to take care ?
