my father, a farmer, is the only owner of the property.but the home loan was taken by considering me also as a co applicant as i am salaried. i am only repaying the home loan at present. i need to avail tax benefit for repaying the home loan. can my father give gift deed to me

Yes, he can make. Such a gift is called onerous gift.
