My father had purchased a land in name of my elder brother when my elder brother was 3 years old and i was 2 years old. Can i get share in this property?

To determine whether you legally own a share in the land depends on the nature of documents registered with the local Tehsildar / Talali / Municipality and the contents therein.

Yes you do have share in the said property ...........
in order to claim your share you need to file partition suit in civil court
