Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my father has transferred the plot which is purchased by him to me through gift deed and registered it unconditionally. It is clearly mentioned in the document that he is transferring the plot by love and with full heartly and no other person has right on it.

now, he tried to register the same into his name and i came to know that he registered it back into his name on health grounds with some witnesses.

pl. advise me for future action so that i can protect myrights as I have already consutructed a house on the plot by taking SBI loan.

If it so you should have to take legal action against his action to make your right on the property and to save yourself from the loosing.
