Hi Sir, I'm a GPA holder of an Agricultural land. It has been registered in SUB-Registrar office and i have been give full rights to sell the property.

Can you please let me know if i can register the property to my name without providing survey sketch as applying for survey of the land will delay the registration process.

Can you please guide me.

You can register in your name you have keep record of consideration gave to the original owner.
