Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My grandfather died intestate in 1955, leaving behind my father and two sisters, my grandfather left behind self acquired property; my father died in 2010. What's the right of his two sisters on my grandfather's property ?

did the sister give up[ their share?? was the property transferred in your fathers name and if yes did his sisters give a NOC?? if the sisters have not given up their share they can claim their share in the property
