Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My husband has 1/3 share in a house property. He expired 5yrs back.I have only2 daughters who have given RD in my favour without consideration.Can I execute will in their favour so that they get my share after my death as property is still disputed.

Yes you can execute a WILL in your daughters favor ... but clearly mention that the share which you shall get from the so called property .
