Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Our land has been acquired by Shree Cement in Rajasthan in 2011 to form a Cement plant, now most of the farmers are not willing to sell their Land in the Area, and Land sold by few farmers is still unused. Can we get our Land back from the cement company by Paying back the compensation amount which have received in 2011.
