Dear Sir / Madam,

If you have the registered title document in your name and the Encumbrance Certificate (EC) along with the chain of documents, it implies that the individual patta is in your name. I am unable to comprehend the meaning of "individual patta" and "kootu patta" and the reason for your application again to the Tehsildar / District Registrar in Puducherry. You should show all the land documents in your possession to the bank, and ascertain whether they are willing to grant you a loan thereon.

Regards,
