Dear Sir / Madam,

Although you have relinquished your title rights in the name of your wife, it remains on record that you are the original title owner of the property. You should tell her to retain either the commercial or the residential property and transfer the other property back to your name. If she desists, you will have to lodge a case in the Family Court for settlement.
