Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

My mother bought some land from his brother 35. Years ago and we constructed house on it. willingly.the land was not transferred on my mother.s name.After the death. of my uncle his sons are claiming. money for this land. Where we are residing.. Please tell me it's. leagal status and what can we. do?because we have already paid money and constructed house and been living for 35 years
