Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Resp Sir...I hv planned to purchase resale flat of yr.1998. In aggrement Onwer name /company name written by hand ( as it is old).In Registered office, there can have same copy of IndexII/aggrement in which Owner name /Company name written.Does only"/" oblick sign prooves that falt belongs to owner & company?Becasue in Society share certificate,on Property tax of corporation & on MSEB bill there is only Owner name present not company name written.Also I have decide to issue notice to company to understand any claim on property. Because we had contacted company to give letter that there is no comany claim on flat But company people said we are not aware of this old case & there was no company stamp/seal or any other company documents attached to aggrement hence company can't give anything in writting about this flat.

Pl. advise issuance of public notice & no comany name on share certicate ,tax,light bill etc. does proves that this flat belongs to individual owner & not on company.OR do we have to get produce any other document which proves flat not belong to comany.
