my uncle sold my mom's and his joint property 5-6 years back with forged sign of my mother do i have any chance going with legal option?

Legal option is difficult since signature forgery is difficult to prove, especially since your uncle was the joint owner, wherein one signature on the sale deed is absolutely legally valid. And more important, if your uncle's name is first in the title deed of the joint property, nothing can be legally done about it now.
