If a women has a land and she has only one daughter her husband divorced her Now her daughter died in the life of women and women has grandsons (sons and daughter of her daughter ) but she also died now land is still on her name and women also have 3nephew and one niece (sons and daughter of his brother ) how land would be legally distributed is all land will go to nephews or niece plz guide.

1/2 share would be divided amongst her grandsons and grand daughters as it would be presumed that her daughter is alive. and the second 1/2 would be divided between her nephews and nieces.

all shares will goes to grand sons and daughters as per the rate of son and daughter such as 2 to son an 1 to daughter. .
whereas the nephew is blocked by the grand son.
