Can I write a power of attorney, without details of money and simply stating that because I trust and have very good relations with a person, I am making him an Attorney over the affairs of a property?

describe the assignment with description like put the property on rent , sign the rent deeds, receive entitlement thereof etc. etc... no matter what the trust means to you just complete the document in its real sense... i suggest hire a professional to do it for you.
