Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

My great grandfather had a house on lease by Government from 1968 for 30 years (Refugee Colony)

When he died he left house to my grandfather and his name was in Nagar Nigam and Jal Nigam (Yellow Card)- Grandfather expired on 11/02/2014

When my grandfather died one week back he left house to my father though a 10Rs stamp Paper signed by him in presence of a Lawyer

My father is alive and wants to register(registry) house in my name. We do not have registry in anybody's name. We just have Lease document in name of my Great Grandfather

How can we do that and how much will be the cost? What document are required?
