Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in India

A person can made an unregistered will in place of already made registered will. And whats the legality of this fresh will. While the legal heirs are only included in the unregistered will. And registered will ignored altogether the legal heir.And the person who bequeath is an illiterate.

its necessary to mention about the registered WILL in the unregistered WILL and need to be drafted in a proper maner other wise may create an problem in future....

Dear Sir / Madam,

A person may make as many Wills as he chooses to. The last and latest Will made by the person (whether registered or unregistered is immaterial) will prevail over all the previously written Wills by the person.
