Hi

I want to write a complex power of attorney.

It would have all my assets movable and immovable, bank accounts, PPF etc.

The power of attorney should be like this

First my father will have the power of attorney if he is no more then the power of attorney passes on to my mother if she is no more then the power of attorney passes on to my brother.

if someone can draft such a power of attorney meticulously then I can pay Rs 1000.

This type of attorney is illegal. Indian law does not conditional power of attorney.
