Re: collection issues

You need to actually speak with an attorney. The "fraud" charges sound like junk to me. There is a statute of limitation in which the debt is barred IF YOU DEAL WITH THE CREDITOR CORRECTLY.

Talk with an attorney on the phone.

Re: collection issues

Do you wish to file fraud charges? Or is someone, attempting to collect the debt and not the original creditor, trying to pressure you into payments? Did they accuse you of criminal activity or threaten you with criminal prosecution?

If they did that, it is quite possible that they violated the FDCPA, one of my favorite laws. If so, send me an email at [email protected]

I'm not sure I understand the question.

Who is filing fraud charges?

Is a debt collector threatening to file fraud charges against you for not paying a credit card?
