Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Alabama

A religious person comes to my house to talk to me about Jesus. They knock on the door I open. Would I get into trouble with the police if I took my all my cloths of and started running up and down the hall way, while still staying in the house?

Its not really public nudity.

Ha, ha!! (sorry, I got a mental picture of that for a sec!) An Alabama attorney should answer you under AL law. But, if this was in FL, I would caution you against exposing yourself to a child under age 16. AL laws will differ, but I'm sure they have a law about exposing yourself to kids. I would be curious to know how the AL nudity statute reads and if it allows you to be naked in your own home even if you know other people can see you. Again, hopefully an AL attorney will answer.
