harassing phone calls about debt

We have gotten behind on payments because of a law suit we have against the people who bought our place ,who are failing to put the installment payment in the bank.I have told them the situation and told them we are going to pay, But my phone rings 8 to 10 times a day. Can I do something about this.Thank You

don't answer the phone. Your obligation to pay your debts because others are not paying you is not something the creditor cares about. Remember, they are ONLY calling you on the phone. You do NOT have to answer the phone.
