Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

I have a medical bill that has been turned over to an attorney and they are sueing me. I called to make arrangements but they will not accept the amount I am able to pay because they said I did not keep to a prior arrangement from two years ago. When I spoke to them two years ago it was the same thing, they wanted more than I was able to pay so I did not send anything because they told me they would not accept the amount.

What is your question? They have no obligation to accept any kind of payment arraingement from you. You burned them once, and they are simply going to take judgment against you. Good luck
