How do I know if my lawyer deserves to be reported to the Alabama State Bar?

If he/she takes your money and does not do the job; if they fail to return telephone calls or file when you request...then they need reporting. If they are inappropriate in their discussions with you, appear to be drunk or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, then report. Just when it does not feel right.
