Re: evaluation program for DUI offenders

The evaluation program is usually offered through the court's Probation Dept. If you need help with a Chicago Metropolitan Area DUI, let me know.

Not that I am aware of in Alabama. You serve your time and that's it. There are no "short cuts" to get your license back. Most states will not give you a license if you are suspended in another state. Because you are in Illinois you might want to contact Mr. Dobra who posted earlier to see if his state will "disregard" or rehabilitate your driving record for driver's license purposes.

NOTE: If you were convicted of FELONY DUI in Alabama prior to 2006 then contact me as it may be possible to get your conviction reversed or set aside.
