Your question doesn't specify your problem.
You were arrested and convicted and paid everything, did everything required, etc.? (but can't get license back)
You were arrested and never went to trial? (and can't get license back)
You did not pay your court costs, fines and/or attend DUI classes?(and can't get license back)
You need to provide more information for anyone to help you.
