child visitation and custody

my ex and i had a child on december 27, 2006. she had been cheating on me and we broke up when we found out she was pregnant and i learned she was cheating. i just found out today august 2, 2007 that the child is mine. she is still refusing to let me see him and refuses all attempts at me getting to know my son. what legal rights do i have and how do i enforce them. i desperatly need help. i took her to court to have a paternity test done not to get out of it but so i could prove he was mine and i could see him. i want to see my son. i want to be a part of his life but she wont let me. please help!!!

go to family court in your county and file a petition for paternity
