divorce and mortgage

in the divorce decree my wife was given the home. She's suppose to pay the mortgage on the home and has a year to refinance as stated in the divorce. she is 3 months behind on the house payment and refuses to refinance. she was also ordered to pay me 7,000.00 in equity.. what are my options?

File a Rule Nisi, Contempt, petition with the court and lay out the facts as from the agreement, what she has failed to do, and what relief you would like. Obviously it affects your credit and probably at this point you would be better off to sell the house and get what equity you can from it.
