Where can I find information regarding the average hourly rate of attorneys in Alabama?

You might want to contact the Alabama Bar Association in Montgomery to see if they keep such statistics. Otherwise, you could do an informal survey by calling several lawyers. This would be difficult because you would have to take into account the ages and experience of the various attorneys.
